For the purposes of this Cancellation and Refund Policy, “Coral Estates”, "us" or “we” means coral estates, inc.

Please read carefully the policy provided below has well the Terms and Conditions agreed apon durring the creation of the account.

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

2.1 For monthly memberships: You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you do not want to renew, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You are responsible for taking this action before your next renewal payment. If you forget to cancel before the renewal date, we offer a 24 hour grace period in which you are eligible for a full refund if the subscription is canceled within 24 hours of the renewal. No refunds will be issued past the 24 hours cut-off. No exceptions.

2.2 For annual memberships: This membership automatically renews after 1 year from the date of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you do not want to renew, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. If you forget to cancel before the renewal date, we offer a 24 hour grace period in which you are eligible for a full refund if the subscription is canceled within 24 hours of the renewal. No refunds will be issued past the 24 hour cut off. No exceptions.

3.1 One-off payments: Rent paid with PayPal buys rental time on your parcel and is not refunded once it has been added to your due date. If you paid for the wrong parcel, paid twice by mistake, or were charged but your due date did not move forward, contact us within 7 days of the payment and we will put it right or refund it.

3.2 Auto-renew: You can cancel auto-renew at any time from the "Rented Parcels" page or from your PayPal account, and you will not be charged again. Payments already taken are not refunded, except that if you forget to cancel before a renewal, you can contact us within 24 hours of the payment for a full refund, and any auto-renew payment taken after you stopped renting the parcel (for example after an eviction or reclaim) is refunded in full.

3.3 How refunds are made: Refunds of PayPal payments are made through PayPal to the account that paid. When a payment is refunded, the rental time it added is removed from your parcel's due date.

3.4 PayPal disputes: If you open a dispute or chargeback with PayPal or your card issuer, the rental time that payment added may be removed from your parcel's due date while the dispute is open.
